We have found that some customers don't want to pay by the incident for break fix support, so we have teamed with Support One for premium support packages at a fixed rate delivered by an organization whose mission is to provide SAP Business One support services.

The Silver Support Plan is for the Sage customer who require direct interaction with the Sage Software support team. You'll get 5 cases of Sage expert telephone support through a toll-free number. Plus plans include 10% off Sage Anytime Learning courses and $100 cost savings per person registered for the Sage Summit Conference.
In your first year of operations or if you place heavy demands on your Sage MAS 90 or 200 ERP system and require priority support, the Gold Support Plan is for you. In addition to Silver Benefits, Gold Support customers receive priority in the support queue, include unlimited access to selected Sage Anytime Learning courses, and $200 cost savings per person registered for the Sage Summit Conference.
