Work On Your Business!

In tough times many of us revert to working in our business instead of on our business.  Companies can take advantage of tough times to let attrition trim ranks, let go weaker performers and cut costs with acceptance from those remaining.  Good employees are always hard to find and now is the time to put those employees to work in your organizations improving business processes and systems.  Now is the time for leaders in organizations to take the step back and determine how not only to weather the storm, but to emerge stronger than ever.

Although credit is tight, I-BN and its financing partners have not had difficulty financing operational enhancement initiatives.  Good banks are looking for good customers to take their money and get positive returns.

One of the ways we can help is by reducing carrying cost of inventory with advanced inventory planning software.  The Valogix package uses advanced statistical algorithms to calculate required inventory.  If you have 2 years of usage data in your ERP system, this tool can free up cash from the line of credit sitting in your warehouse.  To learn more go to http://www.i-bn.net/inventory.htm or call Thedi Grau at 678-627-0646 x231.
