completely dedicated environment
where all Microsoft Licenses are

segregate your environment from
a legal licensing perspective

services including non-Microsoft
based licensing.

Whether you are installing
your software in-house or in

using our standard hosting
service, a
variety of licenses are
required. Microsoft
Operating Systems, Citrix,
SQL, Terminal Services and
even Microsoft Office (to
work with your ERP
software), to name a few
bring extra cost. Are they
included in the price quote
or do you have to add them
in to get the real cost per
month? Our quote always
includes all necessary
server licensing for your
specific needs.

of your users will be setup
in the system and all
Microsoft certified
compatible printers will be
tested and operational
before going live. Some
providers charge extra
hourly rates for
troubleshooting during the
setup phase or build the
cost of setup in the monthly
fee, thus making the setup
“appear” to be less
expensive. Add up all costs
for the first year in your
comparison.
