Software Support/Implementation Analyst
This position is a fast-track to implementing SAP Business One, business
management software for the middle and emerging markets. I-Business Network, a
fast-paced Atlanta software and application hosting company, requires an
energetic, service-oriented individual to support and implement SAP Business
One. If you have a background in accounting applications and are interested in
training to be a consult or project manager, this is the opportunity for you.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, client support, use
of software utility programs, data imports and exports, and the use of various
reporting tools.
In business since 1999, our company is an Application Service Provider
delivering complete financial, eCommerce and business process systems via Citrix
and the internet. Through our professionally managed data center and a network
of business partners, I-BN delivers the latest applications, implementation
services, training and customer support that companies require.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP Business One software and a
strong accounting background. But, if you have experience with MAS 90/200 or any
other accounting software package, we would like to talk to you!
We will train the right individual that is eager to learn the technical side of
applications as well as business processes, implementation, upgrading and
training.
Other helpful experience would include any of the following:
• Customer Service
• Use of software utility programs
• Data imports and exports
• Attention to detail
• 2 + years working with Accounting Software
• Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution and/or professional
services
• Use and creation of SQL queries
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of client server environments
• Accounting Background – understanding of accounting best practices
• Analytical skills
Minimum Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Computer Science
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Access)
