Do you have experience hosting my application?
When you look at hosting service providers, some merely provide space or servers.  I-BN provides a service geared around the business needs of a company.  Because I-BN is certified in the application as well as the technology there is no coordination required between IT, VAR and ISV.

Are all the costs I will need included?
Hosting an application is rarely as simple as providing a server.  Most ERP systems integrate with the Microsoft Office and those licenses are required to be on the hosted server.  Are these and other license costs like SQL Server included.  What about printer support and other services you will need from your hosting company. 

Almost more importantly...  Who will own the software license?  In many of today's Software as a Service (SaaS) model, the software company rents you a license and charges you in perpetuity.  Most ERP systems have a life in excess of 5 years and purchasing or leasing the license is often more cost effective for your business than a rental model.

Where is your data center and what are its capabiliies?
The data center is the core of any hosting service.  What are the power systems, internet connections, fire suppression and detection systems?  Does it have 24 hour security?  Consider visiting the data center or take a virtual tour.

What type of infrastructure do you use?
Some companies offer terminal services access while others use Citrix for improved performance.  Some offer dedicated or shared servers.  At I-BN we are leading the way with Citrix powered virtualized servers which provide higher reliability and availability through the pooling of resources.  I-BN can also offer a high availability service that is the equivalent of redundant dedicated servers.
