How do I get support?
Support is available by
email and phone. Our helpdesk is available 8AM -
8PM EST, Monday - Friday. Outside normal
helpdesk hours, emergency support is available
by paging an on-call representative.
What level of service can I expect?
Every I-Business Network client receives a
Service Level Agreement (SLA) written in plain
English. The SLA outlines our procedures for
resolving software and technical issues.
