Support

Our support professionals can use screen sharing technology to see the same images as your users see on their monitor.  This enhances our ability to both train and troubleshoot without expensive travel or on-site visits.

Platform Independence

Most accounting software runs only on a Windows platform and may not be compatible with older networking systems like Unix, Novell and Banyan.  When your software is hosted most equipment and networks can access our service with an internet connection.  I-BN ASP customers access the system from Apple computers, Linux desktops and Novell networks.

Reduced Implementation Time

As the hardware and accounting software are already installed, the implementation time is significantly reduced compared to a traditional implementation.
